Transparent Fees

We are fully accredited by the Property Ombudsman. Our fees are fully transparent, competitive and in line with industry standards.

Before Move In

Once you have viewed a property and wish to proceed with it, the following payments will become payable when this allows us to take the property off the market and carry out all of the relevant application checks.

  • A holding deposit of approximately 1 weeks rent to be paid on application (none refundable)

At Move In

The following will be required upon moving into a property:

  • Balance of rent (approximately 3 weeks) to be paid at least 24 hours before sign up
  • A security bond equivalent to 5 weeks rent to be paid at least 24 hours before sign up

All deposits held by ourselves are registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Other Fees and Charges

  • £50 - For changes to current Tenancy Agreement as requested by Tenant(s)
  • 3% - Possible Late payment charge for ongoing rent arrears
