Transparent Fees

We are fully accredited by the Property Ombudsman. Our fees are fully transparent, competitive and in line with industry standards.

Before Move In

Once you have viewed a property and wish to proceed with it, our application fee will become payable, this allows us to take the property off the market and carry out all of the relevant application checks.

  • 150 for first applicant
  • 200 for two applicants
  • Additional Applicant(s) 50 per applicant
  • Guarantor 50 per applicant

At Move In

The following will be required upon moving into a property:

  • The First Month's rent
  • Rent Deposit usually equivalent of 1 month's rent

All deposits held by ourselves are registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Other Fees and Charges

15 - Non Attendance by Tenant of any Property Inspection Booked and that have not been cancelled or rearrange beforehand.
